Federal Funding for Health Centers, MIECHV, and CHIP

Federal funding banner

Following months of uncertainty and funding cliffs, Congress fully-funded several vital healthcare programs, including:

  • $7.8 billion over two years in federal funding for the Community Health Center (CHC) program
  • $2 billion over five years in federal funding for the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program
  • 10 years of federal funding for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

This fiscal plan provides much-needed long-term stability for millions of vulnerable Americans, and supports programs like the Philadelphia Nurse-Family Partnership.

Over the past few months we have asked you to contact your member of Congress, and ask them to support these important healthcare programs. Thank you for your support. Your support made this possible.
